Guidance Financial Group creates highly innovative and successful values-based financial products and services on a global basis. We specialize in providing mortgages and financial services to U.S. consumers as well as housing finance to underserved populations in emerging markets. We also create and manage investment products for institutional investors globally.

Guidance Residential is the largest U.S. provider of Shariah-compliant mortgages to American homeowners, making it possible for thousands of families to act on their values and own their own homes in 22 U.S. states. Guidance Residential has provided more than $2.3 billion in housing finance contracts since its founding in 2001.

In addition, we bring companies into being that provide solutions for participants in the primary and secondary housing finance sectors in developed and emerging markets. We build on an expertise developed in Guidance Residential and a specialist housing finance provider in Saudi Arabia.

Guidance Financial Group also creates highly innovative and successful investment products on a global basis to meet the needs of institutional investors in the asset classes of private equity, real estate, and fixed income.

Our Guidance Investments subsidiary is charged with conceiving and realizing novel investment products for institutional investors, collaborating with strategic partners when beneficial. We have originated a portfolio of nine private equity, real estate, and leasing funds, all of which have been approved and are monitored by our distinguished Shariah Supervisory Board. Our Capital Markets division enables companies in the Gulf Region to issue Islamic bonds that tap Asian and other demand for Middle East debt. We continue to expand our investment products on a global basis within our three targeted asset classes and develop new solutions to housing finance challenges in emerging markets.
