17 May 2016 Guidance Capital Markets (DIFC) Ltd closes $50 million Sukuk issuance for Al Bayan Group Holding

17 May 2016, United Arab Emirates, Al Bayan Newspaper, Issue 13117 | Guidance Capital Markets (DIFC) Ltd (Guidance), a subsidiary of Guidance Investments, the investment management and capital markets arm of Guidance Financial Group, announced it had successfully closed a three year Sukuk issuance for the Saudi Arabian conglomerate, Al Bayan Group Holding Company (Al Bayan).
